Objective:To discuss the clinical pathological features and treat ment of primary renal synovial sarcoma(PRSS).Method:Retrospective analysthe clinical data of 1 case of prima ry renal synovial sarcoma treated by my department on 25 June 2016,to discuss the clinical pathological features and treatment methods of the disease.Result:There was a 33-year-old male,who received open radica 1 nephrectomy.Postoperative pathological analysis revealed Primary re nal synovial sarcoma,and immunohistochemistry indicated Vim(+)?FLT-1(+)?Ki-67 50%(+)?Bcl-2(+)?CD56(+)?TLE-1(+)?C D99 weakly positive.After surgery,patient refused chemotherapy,and local recurrence occurred in the following four months,and the pati ent survived for 9 months.Conclusion:The clinical manifestations,signs and imaging of pr imary renal synovial sarcomas were atypical,and the pathological fea tures were spindle cells,epithelial cells and pathological nuclear disag gregation.Immunohistochemical TLE-1(+)is important.,and surgical treatment is the main treatment.
