Objective:To compare the availability and safety between robotic-assisted surgery(RS)and traditional laparoscopic surgery(LS)in the treatment of cervical cancer. Methods:Searched PubMed,Springer,Ovid,CMB,CNKI and WanFang from set up the database to December,2017.Studies on comparison between cervical cancer with DaVinci robot and laparoscopy were included.Revman 5.3 software was used for analysis,to evaluate the availability and safety of robotic-assisted surgery in cervical cancer surgery[1].Results:1)There were 15 studies[5-19]have been chosen, including 6 Chinese studies and 9 English studies. There were 1177 patients in total(RS 620,LS 557).All 15 studies were cohort studies, including 4 prospective cohort studies and 11 retrospective cohort studies.2)The results of Meta-analysis:The operation time of RS was longer than that of LS(MD=36.20min,95%CI:30.93?41.47);The bleeding volume of RS was obviously less than that of LS(MD=-41.86ml,95%CI:-49.28?-34.45);The hospital stay of RS was shorter than that of LS(MD=-0.97d,95%CI:-1.33?-0.61);The number of lymph nodes cleared of RS was larger than that of LS(MD=1.35,95%CI:0.58-2.11).The complication rate of RS was smaller than LS(OR=0.61,95%CI:0.42?0.89).There was no significant difference of time to pull out the urine tube between the two groups(MD=-0.52d,95%CI:-1.50?0.46).Conclusion:Compared with LS,RS is availability and safety with the longer operation time, less bleeding, shorter hospital stay, more lymph node cleared, less complications and no significant difference in pull out the urine tube.
