Relationship Between Septic Cardiomyopathy And Inflammatory Reaction Of Septic

Objective:To explore the relationship between septic cardiomyopathy and inflammatory reaction in patients with septic.Methods:80 patients with sepsis admitted to the Intensive Care Unit(ICU)from September 2016 to May 2017 were included in our prospective study.Patients were checked by ultrasonic cardiogram(UCG)for left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)within 24 hours of admission.According to the diagnosis criteria of septic cardiomyopathy(LVEF<0.55),patients were divided into:Septic cardiomyopathy group(n=21)and normal myocardial function group(n=59).Infection markers,inflammatory cytokines,myocardial injury markers and in-hospital mortality were compared between the two groups.Results:Overall rate of septic cardiomyopathy was 26.3%in our research.Mortality of septic cardiomyopathy group was higher than normal myocardial function group(23.8%vs 15.3%,P<0.05).The source of infection showed no significant difference in two groups(P>0.05).In patients with septic cardiomyopathy,the level of troponin T and BNP were higher than those in patients without septic cardiomyopathy(P<0.05).Compared with normal myocardial function group,serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),the percentage of neutrophil and IL-8 were higher in septic cardiomyopathy group(P<0.05),while the level of IL-6 showed no significant difference in two groups.Conclusion:High level of inflammation was one of the reasons for sepsis cardiomyopathy.In septic cardiomyopathy group,IL-8 and the percentage of neutrophil were higher.The chemotaxis of IL-8 maybe play an important role of septic cardiomyopathy.The level of inflammatory factors in septic cardiomyopathy need more researches.
