Thyroid Carcinoma is a common malignant tumor,and including Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma(PTC),Follicular Thyroid Carcinoma(FTC),Medullary Tyroid Ch arcinoma(MTC),Anaplastic Thyroid Carcinoma(ATC)and Pimary Tr hyroid Lmphoma(PTL).y Hashimoto's Thyroiditis(HT),alsoknownas Chronic Lmphocyticy Thyroiditis(CLT)acommonautoimmunedisease.Clinically,there arelotsofresearchesstudyingintherelationshipbetween HTwith PTC and PTL respectively.So this article is to elaborate the relationshipbetween HTwiththesetwo.PTC with HTisnota minority,andtheeffectoftheconcurrentpresenceof HTand PTCis stillunderdebate.Nowthemainpointisthatthecombinationof HT mayincreasetheincidenceof PTC,butresiststumordevelopment,sothatthese PTCpatientshavebetterprognosis.Thestudiesofthe relationshipbetween HTand PTLaremainlyintwoaspects,oneis that HTisariskfactorfor PTL,anotheristhatdistinguishingthese twoisdifficult.Therearesmallnumberof MTCand ATC,sothattheresearchesintherelationshipbetween HTwiththesetwoare less.Thisarticlewillonlygiveabriefoverview.
