Objective:The purpose of this study was to use Mitral valve quantitative analysis software(MVQ)of the Real-time three-dimensional transoesophageal echocardiography(RT-3D-TEE)on quantitative analysis of the structure and function. Methods:Patients were divided into three groups according to the purpose of the study: 20 normal control subjects, and with 10 cases of mitral valve prolapse group,15 cases of ischemic mitral regurgitation group.Forty-five patients underwent RT-3D-TEE examinations using Mitral valve quantitation(MVQ)Image for analysis.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the general situation between groups.2.Compared with the normal control group, the MVP group had higher levels of DAP,AL-PM,C3 D,A3D,L Ant,L Post,A Ant,A Post and ?Post than the normal control group Small,?AV-MV decreased compared with the normal control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);There was no significant difference in Htent,Vtent,NPA,SI,dynamic parameters D,D-velocity and A-fraction between the two groups(P> 0.05).3.Compared with the normal control group,DAP,C3 D,A3D,L Ant,L Post,A Post,Htent,Vtent,NPA,?AV-MV and ?Post in IMR group were all higher than those in normal control group, and SI,D,D-velocity,A-fraction decreased than the normal control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);AL-PM,A Ant than the normal control group increased, but the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusions:Transoesophageal real-time three-dimensional echocardiog-raphy for different causes of mitral valve structure and function changes can be accurately quantitative analysis.
