Clinical Analysis Of 65 Cases Of Patients With Ovarian Pregnancy

Objective: The aim of the present study was to find the essential features,risk factors,prevention and treatment and the ratio of ovarian pregnancy in assisted reproductive technology patients.Methods:In the retrospective cross-sectional study we compared 65 Patients with ovarian pregnancy in the period of January,2007 to July,2017 at the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University.The time trends in various sample size,48 patients in January,2011 to January,2017(first sample,2011-2013 vs2014-2017)and 60 patients in January,2007 to January,2017(second sample,2007-2011 vs 2012-2017).Results: Ovarian pregnancy in ectopic pregnancy had an increasing trend in comparison with different time periods in various sample size.Ovarian pregnancy in assisted reproductive technology patients had a rise trend in the first sample.However,a down trend was seen in the second sample.Cluster analysis showed that contraceptive intrauterine device is the most important and age is the least important.58.46% patents were 25-30 years old,55.26% were low income person,66.67% body mass index concentrated in 18-25kg/m2.64.62% occurred in right ovarian pregnancy,35.38% occurred in left ovarian pregnancy.A significant difference was noted when we compared the postoperative hospitalization time in laparotomy versus laparoscopy.Conclusions:The ratio of ovarian pregnancy in ectopic pregnancy has an increasing trend in recent years,assisted reproductive technology may be a special factor.Contraceptive intrauterine device was the risk factor for ovarian pregnancy.In this study,ovarian pregnancy patients commonly occur in the right ovary.Itmay be related to the fact that the left ovary is mostly covered by the ipsilateral sigmoid colon,which may be reduces the chance of fertilized egg implants in the left ovary.Additionally,ovarian pregnancy patients generally happen in 25-30 years old and with normal weight.Laparoscopy is one of rapid and effective therapies.
