Current Research Of Biomarkers Related To Cerebral Infarction

Cerebrovascular disease has become the leading cause of death among Chinese residents.In clinical practice,stroke contains both hemorrhagic and ischemic types,and many diseases such as migraines and epileptic seizures may have similar clinical manifestations with stroke.In the progresses of diagnosis and treatment of stroke,especially in the early diagnosis of cerebral infarction,it is mainly dependent on the clinical doctors' judgment and imaging examination,which has certain limitations.Biomarkers as objective indexes,can provide clinical doctors with guidance for the early diagnosis,individualized treatment,etiologic classification and the secondary prevention strategy about cerebral infarction.As a result,improve the precision in the process of diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction.With the continuous improvement of science and technology,more and more hematology biomarkers associated with cerebral infarction have been found.This review summarizes the present results of the biomarkers analyzed from the perspective of diagnosis and treatment,and hope to provide references for clinicians and future researches.
