Objective: To detect the expression of NFYA and LC3 in eutopic endometrial cells after silencing UCA1 to explore the role of autophagy-related genes NFYA and LC3 in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods: Six cases of eutopic endometrial cells after virus transfection confirmed by paraffin pathology in patients with ovarian endometriosis were selected and divided into UCA1 gene silencing group(si-UCA1),transfected negative control group(ESCs-C)And untransfected group(ESCs).The expression of NFYA and LC3 in eutopic endometrial cells of endometriosis patients were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)Analyze its relevance. Results: The positive expression rates of NFYA and LC3 in eutopic endometrial cells after silencing UCA1 were significantly higher than those in uterine endometrial cells without UCA1 silencing, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusions: UCA1,which is highly expressed in endometrium of EMs patients, inhibits the expression of autophagy-related genes NFYA and LC3,which may be involved in the pathogenesis of endometriosis through autophagy.
