Objective: To compare the clinical outcomes after transfer single blastocyst between fresh and frozen IVF/ICSI in infertile patients. Methods:This was a prospective randomized controlled clinical trial.Analyzed 60 patients who underwent single blastocyst transfer(SBT)at Reproductive Center of Shengjing Hospital affiliated to China Medical University.Divided into fresh embryo transfer group(group A,n=30)and frozen embryo transfer group(group B,n=30).The delivery rate, biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate, miscarriage rate, ectopic pregnancy rate and birth weight were compared between the two groups. Results:There were no significant differences basic in clinical data between the two groups. There was no significant difference of delivery rates(33.3% vs46.7%),biochemical pregnancy rate(50% vs 60%),pregnancy rates(33.3% vs53.3 %),miscarriage rates(0 vs 12.5%),between the two groups(P>0.05).The birth weight in B group were higher than A group(3320±369.83 g vs 3678±309.29g),and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017).Conclusion:Two groups have similar clinical outcomes. And the birth weight in the frozen embryo transfer group was larger than that in the fresh embryo transfer group.Properly controlled and large sample research are needed. |
