Objective: To explore the premature infant bronchial pulmonary hypoplasia(BPD)of different degree of trend and its risk factors and protective factors. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical files of the 315 cases who were diagnosed as BPD in Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2013 to December 2017,According to BPD international dividing guide information can be divided into mild, moderate and severe, observe its incidence trends, collect mother antenatal and intrapartum and postpartum factors associated with single factor and multiple factors analysis. Results: Children with severe BPD group a total of 36 patients, children with severe BPD group,a total of 279 cases from 2013 to 2017 children with mild-to-moderate BPD ratio is on the rise, the ratio of children with severe BPD is on the decline, the incidence of BPD in VLBW and ELBW has no obvious change;Single factor analysis showed that there was a significant difference in birth weight and birth of noninvasive mechanical ventilation time of ratio between severe BPD group and non severe BPD group(P <0.05);Multiariable Logistic regression analysis revealed that the birth weight, mechanical ventilation time accounted for is a risk factor for severe BPD occur, noninvasive assisted ventilation time accounted for is the protection factor of severe BPD.Conclusion: As the changes of the s,although the number of VLBW and ELBW gradually rise, the number of BPD premature babies is on the rise, but the incidence of severe BPD premature babies in reducing year by year, and after the birth of the early application of NCPAP such proportion and mechanical assisted ventilation time shortened.
