?Subject? To study the association of CXCL12?CCL2 and CCL5 with the systolic/diastolic ratio(S/D)of umbilical artery.?Methods?Thirty-nine women with preeclampsia who lived in shengjing hospital were selected as test group.Thirty-five pregnant women without preeclampsia at the same pregnant time period in the hospital were served as the control group. All pregnant women are singletons who have never given birth to a baby before. They have no infectious, allergic or autoimmune diseases.Neither do they have diabetes, hypertension or other heart, liver or nephric disease. They didn't take any premature rupture of membranes or taking hormonal medicine in recent three months.ELISA method was used to detect the contents of serum CXCL12,CCL2 and CCL5.?Results?In preeclampsia group, the content of serum CCL2 and CCL5 was significantly greater than the control group(P<0.05),while Serum CXCL12 concentration in preeclampsia group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The content of CCL2 in preeclampsia group is related with CXCL12 and CCL5 separately(P<0.01).And the content of CXCL12 is changing with S/D value and gestational weeks(P<0.05).But the concentration of CCL2 and CCL5 have no relationship with S/D(P>0.05).No obvious relationships within serum CCL2,CCL5,and CXCL12 was observed in the control group(P>0.05),neither do the CCL2 and CCL5 with S/D value(P>0.05).?Conclusions?Compared with the normal pregnant women, the content of CXCL12 in the women with preeclampsia is lower, but the content of CCL2 and CCL5 are greater. The content of CXCL12 was negatively related with the systolic/diastolic ratio of umbilical artery.Chemokine CXCL12?CCL2 and CCL5 maybe participate in the onset of the preeclampsia by regulating the immune system.
