Objective:To study the correlation between serum complement C1 q and type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic nephropathy.Method:We selected 140 patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the first endocrine ward of Shengjing Hospital and 140 healthy controls examined at the physical examination center from January 1,2017 to February 1,2018.They were divided into diabetes group(140 cases)and non-diabetic group(140 cases)according to whether they had type 2 diabetes, and diabetic patients were divided into diabetic nephropathy group(62 cases)and non-diabetic nephropathy group according to whether they had diabetic nephropathy(78 cases),then the diabetic nephropathy group was divided into mild proteinuria group(42 cases)and severe proteinuria group(20 cases)based on whether urinary albumin/creatinine was greater than 300mg/g.The SPSS 19.0 software was used to perform independent sample t test, binary logistic regression analysis, and Spearman correlation analysis.Result:1.The serum complement C1 q,systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and triglyceride in diabetic group were higher than those in non-diabetic group(P<0.05).Serum complement C1 q,diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure, and triglycerides were associated with diabetes(r=0.329、0.380、0.304、0.413,p<0.05,).2.The serum complement C1 q,systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and triglyceride in diabetic nephropathy group were higher than those in non-diabetic nephropathy group(P<0.05).Serum complement C1 q,glomerular filtration rate, systolic blood pressure, age were correlated with diabetic nephropathy(r=0.411、-0.384、0.275、0.208,p<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in serum complement C1 q between mild proteinuria group and severe proteinuria group(p>0.05).Conclusions:1.The level of serum complement C1 q in T2 DM patients is higher than that in non-type 2 diabetic patients.2.The level of serum complement C1 q in patients with diabetic nephropathy is higher than that in patients with non-diabetic nephropathy.
