Objective: To evaluate the feature of inferior vena cava and its tributaries vein by means of the CTV image.The degree of tilting of filter was measured.To analyze the influencing factors of filter tilting,and explore the clinical difference between Celect filter and Gunther Tulip filter.Methods: 22 CF or 24 GTF placements in an inferior vena cava in *** Hospital from January 2016 to July 2017.CTV examination of the inferior vena cava in all patients 1-3months after the filter placement.The direction and the diameter of the inferior vena cava of lower renal renal vein was measured.The distance of horizontal drop from femoral vein to the inferior vena cava of the lower renal vein,the angle between common iliac vein and inferior vena cava was measured.The distance of drop from the confluence of the common iliac vein to the lower renal vein and the degree of tilting of filter was also measured.All the measurement are all under the CT image on the coronal and sagittal plane,respectively.SPSS22.0 software package was used for independent sample t-test or u-test,the count data by chi-square test.Pearson correlation and mult-variable linear return of all vascular anatomical data and the degree of tilting respectively.Test level: ? =0.05,P <0.05.Results:1.All filters are tilted.2.In sagittal plane,the difference of the degrees of tilting of CF and GTF turned out to be statistically significant(3.77氨1.66 vs.4.78氨2.05,t=-2.772,P=0.008);in coronal plane,it also have statistically significant(4.0񴭕.77 vs.5.77氨3.20,t=-2.298,P=0.027).3.In group CF,the distance between the confluence of the common iliac vein to the lower renal vein opening is weakly negative correlated with the degree of tilting of the filter in sagittal and coronal plane respectively(sagittal,r=-0.487,P<0.05;coronal,r=-0.407,P<0.05),the angle between common iliac vein and inferior vena cava weakly negative correlated with the degree of tilting of the filter in sagittal and coronal plane respectively(sagittal,r=-0.396,P<0.05;coronal,r=-0.391,P<0.05);In group GTF,the distance between the confluence of the common iliac vein to the lower renal vein opening is weakly negative correlated with the degree of tilting of the filter in sagittal and coronal plane respectively(sagittal,r=-0.399,P<0.05;coronal,r=-0.416,P<0.05),the angle between common iliac vein and inferior vena cava weakly negative correlated with the degree of tilting of the filter in sagittal and coronal plane respectively(sagittal,r=-0.439,P<0.05;coronal,r=-0.412,P<0.05),the diameter of the inferior vena cava of lower renal renal vein is weakly positive correlated with the degree of tilting of the filter in sagittal and coronal respectively(sagittal,r=0.454,P<0.05;coronal,r=0.468,P<0.05).4.In group GTF,the degree of tilting of the filter,the distance from the confluence of the iliac vein to the lower renal vein opening,the diameter of the inferior vena cava of lower renal renal vein,the angle between common iliac vein and inferior vena cava fitted regression equation was statistically significant(F=3.346,P=0.045).Conclusion: The morphology of common iliac vein and inferior vena cava is the main influencing factors of the filter tilting both in CF and GTF.The degree of tilting of CF is less than GTF both in coronal and sagittal.The diameter of the inferior vena cava of lower renal renal vein is weakly correlated with the degree of tilting of GTF.The degree of tilting of the filter,the distance from the confluence of the iliac vein to the lower renal vein opening,the diameter of the inferior vena cava of lower renal renal vein,the angle between common iliac vein and inferior vena cava fitted regression equation has prediction effect for GTF.The degree of tilting of CF is less than GTF both in sagittal and coronal plane.The relationship of vein morphology can be accurately assessed by CT.It is a method for assessing tilting of the filter roundly and can provides reference for clinical decision.
