Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of the levels of serum CRP and PAPP-A to the occurrence of premature delivery of pregnant women. Methods:The subject of this study consisted of 62 pregnant women with symptoms of threatened premature delivery and clinically diagnosed with threatened preterm labor were collected from August 2016 to October 2017 in the obstetrics ward of the affiliated hospital of Zunyi Medical College. The subject of this study, depending on the pregnancy outcome,Including fetal success group and miscarriage failure group. The control group was selected as the control group for 100 pregnant women undergoing regular perinatal health clinics at the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College during the same period. The concentration of CRP and PAPP-A in the serum of pregnant women in each group was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).SPSS17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Who measured by normality measurement data showed a normal distribution, which can be described as mean ± standard deviation(± s);independent sample t test was used for comparison between groups, and single factor was used for intragroup comparison.Analysis of variance with ?=0.05 as the test level. Results: 1.The CRP levels in the serums of the successful fetal convalescence group(7.06±3.26)and The level of serum CRP in the fetal failure group(11.31±4.08)were significantly higher than the control group(2.96±2.21mg/L).The difference was statistical significance(F=83.783,P<0.001);The PAPP-A levels in the serums of the successful fetal convalescence group(18.96±8.72)and the level of fetal failure group serum PAPP-A level(9.95±2.15)were lower than the control group(42.72±18.36 ng/ml)(F = 59.063,P <0.001),the difference was statistical significance.2.After the treatment of miscarriage,The CRP levels in the serums of the pregnant women who failed to hold a fetus(10.28 ± 4.01 mg/L)was significantly higher than that of maternal serum level(2.54 ± 2.22 mg/L),which was statistically significance(t= 9.660,P<0.001)?The PAPP-A levels in the serums of the pregnant women who failed to hold a fetus group(9.58±2.98 ng/ml)was significantly higher than that of maternal serum level(33.80±12.46 ng/ml).The difference was statistically significance(t=12.150,P<0.001).3.According to the ROC curve, the areas under the CRP and PAPP-A curves were 0.824 and 0.829 respectively. The diagnostic cut-off points were 20.695 mg/L and 14.75 ng/ml respectively. Conclusion: The increase of CRP level and the decrease of PAPP-A level in the serum of pregnant women with threatened premature delivery is likely to be correlated with premature delivery.Detecting the concentration of CRP and PAPP-A in the serum of pregnant women is valuable for predicting premature delivery.
