Objective:After the paraquat poisoning in rabbits, the 640-slice DVCT perfusion scanning technique was used to obtain renal perfusion parameters, compared with the currently used indexes for assessing renal injury(SCReatinine and urea nitrogen)and evaluate its application value.Methods:Forty-eight healthy rabbits were randomly divided into four groups and treated with a gradient of 25,35,45 mg/kg paraquat and equal doses of normal saline. The 640-slice DVCT perfusion scan was performed on the 1,7,14 and 28 days after poisoning to obtain the arterial blood flow(AF).At the time point above,2 ml blood was drawn from each rabbit ear vein to obtain SCReatinine(SCR)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN),Observe the histopathological changes of the renal tissue were stained with HE from one rabbit in each group.Results:1.Comparison of renal function,Compared with the control group, the SCR and BUN values of the experimental groups did not change significantly on the first day,and there was no statistical difference(P<0.05).On the 7th and 14th days, the SCR and BUN values increased significantly, with statistical differences(P<0.05)On the 7th day,the value was the highest;the 28th day,the SCR and BUN values of the three experimental groups were not statistically different from those of the control group(P>0.05).the SCR and BUN in the control group did not change significantly with time;2.Comparison of perfusion parameters, the AF value of the experimental group decreased significantly on the first day(P<0.05);the AF value continued to decrease on the 7th day.Compared with the control group, there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The 14th and 28th day AF values gradually increased compared with the 7th day,but the values were still lower than the normal control group at the 28th day,all had statistical significance(P<0.05);In the three groups of experimental groups, the AF value gradually decreased with the increased dose;the AF value of the control group did not change significantly with time;3.Histopathological observation, under light microscope, the glomerular endothelial cells were different in the pathological changes of the exposure group. The degree of congestion and edema, proximal tubular epithelial cells swelling, necrosis, etc.,and with the increase in dose, the above changes gradually increased;the control group at various times glomerular and tubular structure is clear,no pathological changes such as congestive water, degeneration. Conclusions:CT perfusion parameters(AF values)can objectively reflect the degree of renal injury after different doses of paraquat drug concentration in rabbits, especially in the early and late stages of poisoning;CT perfusion parameters were highly consistent with pathological changes, further confirming that imaging findings are consistent with pathological changes.
