The Value Of Left Ventricular Opacification In The Diagnosis Of Left Ventricular Remodeling Change

[Objective]Using LVO in patients with poor acoustic window and unclear endocardial border to compare with 2DE.Evaluate the value of LVO in improving of endocardial border,display of apical partial lesion of left ventricle,providing an useful way to measure left ventricular systolic function,left atrial,left ventricle and left ventricular wall thickness accurately.[Methods]53cases with poor acoustic window in the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University were selected from January 2017 to January 2018.Among them,male 33 cases,female 20 cases,the mean age 56± 16.8years old.The selected subjects all underwent normal echocardiography and LVO to evaluate the left ventricular endocardial border showing score;apical lesion of left ventricle showing;left ventricular systolic function(Simpson method);the size of left atrial,left ventricle and left ventricular wall thickness.Using SPSS22.0 software to analy,ze of normal echocardiography group and LVO group.[Result]Before and after LVO,the improving of left ventricular endocardial border was significant difference,the improvement rate is 91.26%.The apical lesion of left ventricle showing rate in normal DE and LVO was significant difference.Before and after LVO:EDV,ESD measured value were no significant changes,SV and EF measured value were significant changes;LA,LV,PW measured value were no significant changes;AS,PS,LW,AW,IW measured value were significant changes.[Conclusions]LVO can improve the left ventricular endocardial border in poor acoustic patients,so that it can improve the accurate measurement value of left atrium,left ventricle and left ventricular systolic function.LVO can improve apical lesion of left ventricle showing and decrease the miss diagnostic of apical lesion of left ventricle.
