Investigate The Pathogen Flora And Drug Susceptibility Of Vulvovaginal Candidiasis

Objectives:To test the distribution of pathogenic bacteria and the sensitive situation of antifungal agents in outpatient vulva vaginal candidiasis,and to guide the clinical medication.Methods:Random selection in June 2016 to January 2017 to the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university,800 cases of gynecologic clinic patients aged 20 to 60 years old of vaginal secretions samples,sent to the hospital clinical laboratory tests.In addition,206 patients diagnosed with VVC were once again used for vaginal discharge and sent to the dermatology department of the hospital for fungal culture and drug susceptibility test.All inspection results are analyzed and discussed.Results:1.Among the 800 patients randomly selected,206 were confirmed as VVWC,accounting for 25.6%,higher than other types of vaginitis.According to the age structure,VVC infection rate was 37.9%in the 30-39 age group,and 42.9%in the 20?29 year olds,significantly higher than other age groups.2.209 strains of candida detection,has identified five kinds of candida,white candida detection of 178 strains(85.2%),check out the smooth candida 22 strains(10.5%),tropical candida 5 strains(2.4%),wine candida 2 strains(1.0%),Dublin 2 strains of candida(1.0%).3.In vitro drug sensitivity showed that the sensitivity of candida albicans and non-white candida to 5-fluorouracil and amphotericin B was higher in 5 antifungal drugs.The average drug resistance rate of fluconazole and itraconazole was all>,24.5%,and non-white candida yeast had a dose dependence on fluconazole and itraconazole.White candida yeast has resistance to voriconazole,but it is very sensitive to voriconazole.Conclusion:1.VVC is a more common and frequently occurring vaginal inflammatory disease,which is good for women of reproductive age.The study mainly focuses on the age of 20 to 39.2.Candida albicans is the main pathogen causing VVC,followed by non-white candida,which should be given enough attention to the existence and increase of other strains.3.Different strains of candida on antifungal drug sensitivity is put in bigger difference,the clinical should attach importance to the cultivation of the genus candida,identification and drug susceptibility test,to guide clinical rational use of antifungal drugs.
