Objectives:To observe the changes of serum homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with stable coronary artery disease(SCAD),and investigation the effect of serum Hcy in patients with SCAD on hs-cTnT?Methods:A total of 124 SCAD who were clinically diagnosed were selected from october 2016 to october 2017 in the Department Cardiology of Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University,with typical chest pain,chest tightness symptoms,no drug that affects homocysteine.All patients were accpected coronary angiography(CAG)or coronary multislice spiral computed tomography(MSCT).We collected the patient's gender,age,smoking history,family history,body mass index(BMI),and the results of laboratory indicators such as Hcy,hs-cTnT,blood lipids,blood glucose,uric acid(UA).According to the level of Hcy,SCAD patients were divided into high Hcy group(62 cases)and normal group(62 cases).SPSS22.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.The results were statistically significant atp<0.05.Results:(1)Their Age(t=-2.406,p=0.018),UA(t=-2.302,p=0.023),Hcy(t=-9.601,p=0.000),MYO(t=-2.703,p= 0.007),hs-cTnT(t=-5.358,p=0.000),NT=proBNP(t=-1.993,p=0.046),Coronary lesions(Fisher-19.238,p=0.000),Gender(Fisher=9.286,p=0.002),Smoking(Fisher=4.847,p=0.028)showed a significant difference between the two subgroups with statistical significance(p<0.05).(2)The logistic regression analysis showed that Coronary lesions(OR=1.811,p=0.040)and hs-cTnT(OR=1.071,p=0.043)were the risk factors of SCAD patients to turn danger(OR value greater than 1).With the increase of coronary lesions,the increase of Hey is associated with the increase of hs-cTnT.Other factors were not considered to be risk factors for increasing Hey in SCAD patients(p>0.05).(3)Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between Hey and hs-cTnT(r=0.596,p<0.001),After adjusting gender,FH,smoking and other cardiovascular risk factors,their correlation still existed(r=0.333,p<0.001),and showed that the correlation was not affected by other factors.Moreover,we also found a positive correlation between the number of lesions in patients with Hey and SCAD(r=0.540,p<0.001).Conclusions:(1)In patients with SCAD,high hs-cTnT may be associated with high serum Hey.After excluding Gender,Age,FH,Smoking and other cardiovascular risk factors,Hey was still associated with hs-cTnT(r=0.333,p<0.001).(2)In patients with SCAD,high Hey may cause coronary multivessel disease.
