Objective:In this experiment, the diagnostic significance of serum CA125,CA19-9,CA15-3,age and course of disease in adult congenital cholangiectasis in adult congenital cholangiectasis is compared with that of adult congenital cholangiectasis, which has not been cancerous. Methods:Collected during August 2007 to December 2017 in the first affiliated hospital of kunming medical university for congenital bile duct expansion confirmed by surgery and the postoperative disease inspection of 65 adult patients, through disease are the inspection results cancerous changes into the cancerous and noncancerous group, two groups are compared, including a total of 9 cases of patients with cancer group, the male in 2 cases,7 cases,a total of 56 patients with noncancerous group,14 cases of male, female 42 cases. The ages, course of disease, serum CA125,cal 9-9 and cal5-3 of the two groups were respectively counted and the differences between the two groups were compared. The course of disease was defined as the time from the first onset of symptoms to the diagnosis of cancer group or non-cancer group.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data, and P<0.05 indicated statistical significance.Results:1.The mean duration of cancer was 18.55 + 6.82 years, higher than that of the non-cancerous group. The mean duration of the disease was 5.26 + 6.42,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The mean age of the cancer group was 56.11 + 12.19 years, higher than the mean age of the non-cancerous group at 38.78 + 14.15 years, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001,P<0.05).2.The serum cal9-9 of the cancer group was significantly higher than that in the non-cancerous group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The serum CA125 of the cancer group was significantly higher than that in the non-cancerous group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum ca15-3(18.97 + 13.17)U/ml of the cancer group, and the serum ca15-3(12.51 + 11.26)of the non-cancerous group, were tested with two independent samples t(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant.3.The sensitivity and specificity of the detection of CA125 and cal 9-9 in serum are different for the diagnosis of adult congenital biliary dilatation cancer, and the diagnosis rate can be improved through the combined detection of CA125 and ca19-9.Conclusion:1.The detection of serum CA125 and ca19-9 has certain reference value for the diagnosis of adult congenital biliary dilatation.2.The detection of serum CA125 and cal 9-9 has certain reference value for the diagnosis of adult congenital biliary dilatation.3.Advanced age, long course of disease and adult congenital bile duct dilatation are positively correlated, and patients with advanced age and long course of disease should be actively excised.
