103 Cases Of Patients With Previous Cesarean Scar Defect Different Treatment Methods Of Retrospective Study

Objective The retrospective analysis of the clinical efficacy of different treatment methods in the treatment of uterine incision diverticulum(PCDS)after cesarean section provides a reference for the selection of clinical treatment options.Methods In this study,we collected 103 patients who had previous cesarean scar defect from Jan 2014 to Jan 2017 in Women and Children Healthcare Hospital of ZhuZhou,Use Student's t test and Analysis of variance to compare the measurement data,such as age,times of gestation and parity,time interval of the last cesarean section to the onset.All patients were first to drug treatment,assessment of efficacy of drug treatment,then the medicine conservative treatment failure and is willing to continue to choose surgery patients,including hysteroscopy surgery in the treatment of 23 cases(hysteroscopy group),laparoscopic treatment of 14 cases of laparoscopic combined treatment group(laparoscopic)and palace of 7 cases of laparoscopic group(combined group),postoperative follow-up,comparing three sets of average operation time,blood loss,total cost of hospitalization,length of hospital stay,postoperative period.Results 1.There is no significantly different of age,parity,time interval of the last cesarean section to the onset,the mode of operation,vaginal irregular bleeding,dysmenorrhea and infertility(P>0.05)among the three groups,comparable.2.The drug treatment can alleviate some patients' symptoms,and the effective rate is 36.63%.The duration of treatment of successful patients is shorter than before treatment,and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The three kinds of operation method operation time,intraoperative blood loss,no difference between the total hospitalization days,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).and all three groups of patients with postoperative recovery period is good,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Drug therapy can alleviate the symptoms of some patients with uterine incision diverticulum,and the effectiveness may be related to the size and depth of the diverticulum.(2)for surgical treatment,PCSD hysteroscopy surgery,laparoscopic surgery,palace,laparoscopic surgery can greatly improve the patients' symptoms,and to some extent,to improve its anatomical structure,is an effective treatment for uterine incision diverticulum after cesarean section.3.PCSD surgical treatment should be comprehensive consideration of the individual factors and the actual situation,comprehensive assessment,scientific choice effective,economic and security of individual operation treatment.
