Analysis Of Clinical Therapeutic Efficacy Of Iosartan Potassium Combined With Yishenhuashi Granule In The Treatment Of ? Of Membranous Nephropathy

Objective Observation of clinical therapeutic efficacy of Losartan potassium combined with Yishenhuashi Granule in the treatment of ? of membranous nephropathy.Methods A total of 40 patients with stage I membranous nephropathy diagnosed by kidney biopsy between October 2015 and October 2017 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University were collected.According to the Ehrenreich-Churg staging criteria,they were diagnosed with I stage membranous nephropathy.The first visit of urinary protein was(3.5~6.0)g per day,which was poor after treatment.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups: Losartan treatment group and combined treatment group,with 20 cases in each group.Losartan treatment group only given Losartan potassium 50 mg qd;and combined treatment group given Losartan potassium 50 mg qd combining Yishenhuashi Granules 10 g tid.All patients were given anticoagulation and lipid-lowering therapy.Serum urinary protein,plasma albumin,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,and estimated glomerular filtration rate were measured before and after treatment for 8 weeks.The adverse reactions were also observed.Results(1)Compared with before treatment,24 h UPro decreased in the Losartan treatment group and the combined treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,The decrease in 24 h UPro in the combined treatment group was more significant than that in the Losartan treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Compared with before treatment,plasma albumin was increased in the Losartan treatment group and the combined treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,The increase of serum albumin in the combined treatment group was more obvious than the Losartan treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and estimated glomerular filtration rate between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)During the course of treatment,there were no serious adverse reactions in both groups of patients.Conclusions 1.Losartan potassium combined with Yishenhuashi Granules are better than single drug in reducing urine protein and increasing plasma albumin of I stage membranous nephropathy.2.During the course of treatment,there were no serious adverse reactions in both groups of patients.
