The healthy growth of children is the focus of every family,and the continuous dynamic monitoring and evaluation of growth parameters are important for early intervention and early treatment of children's growth retardation or disorder.The height,weight,head circumference,body mass index(BMI)and body fat parameters are the most commonly used indicators for evaluating the growth and development of child and adolescent health,growth charts is the most useful tool for growth monitoring and evaluation.Through a long-term,continuous and cumulative continuously monitor and dynamic tracking management,we can dynamically evaluate the development level,evenness and development speed of children,understand the developmental trend in time,and identify the risks of growth and development in the early stage.This article designs and implements a human growth parameter management system based on iOS platform with the help of intelligent terminal platform.Monitor the height,weight,BMI and head circumference parameters of adolescent children.The dynamic recording and evaluation of the growth parameters of infants and young children(0~18 years)and the growth parameters of premature infants were realized.Children's body fat rate reflects there body quality,and it is great significant to control obesity and enhance children's physical quality,therefore,the body fat rate parameter is included in the monitoring,and the hardware of matching body fat ratio was designed.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)Researching the technique of using biological impedance to measure body fat rate.On this basis,the body fat parameter acquisition circuit is designed,mainly includeing the power module design,biological impedance collection module design,data storage module design,WIFI communication module design and software program design.And the data acquisition,processing,storage,uploading,analysis and display of body fat data are realized.(2)Researching the current mainstream standard of children's growth and development at home and abroad.The world health organization(WHO)standards,nine domestic cities and Fenton premature babies standards are selected as reference standard.Researching the growth charts scoring and studying interpretation methods,designed the growth and development evaluation form.(3)IOS application software is designed.The key technologies involved in the process of development studies,including the curve plotting,data transmission,data storage,interface development,etc.Tthe iOS application integrated with the WHO standards,nine domestic cities and Fenton premature babies standards,etc.The dynamic evaluation functions of growth data recording,growth curve drawing,growth rate,growth speed and symmetry are realized.(4)Developed Web and cloud server software.The Web terminal for doctor is the core of the personal electronic medical records in the paediatric outpatient service chain,and it is designed and established to be a long-term data platform for doctors to manage children in the hospital,the cloud server connects the underlying hardware system,the iOS client,and the Web page.Summary processing of data and data persistence are all also done on the cloud server.This paper develops a system of growth parameter management based on iOS platform,realized dynamic monitoring and evaluation of the all-round professional development of children's growth and development,set up a large data archive from the fetus to the age of 18,parents or doctors can evaluate the healthy development level of children through this platform,predict the development potential,and provide effective,reasonable and safe health management for the development of young children.
