Clinical Research On Children On Surgical Treatment Of Epidural Hematoma Straddling Transverse Sinus

Objective:To explore the method of epidural hematoma and the surgical treatment effect and prognosis,and provide reference for clinical work in the future.Methods:The clinical data of 32 cases of children treated from January 2013 to June 2017 in No.1 Hospital of Jilin University nerve trauma surgery epidural hematoma were analyzed retrospectively.All patients underwent surgical treatment,and clinical treatment is complete.The relief of the change of GCS score and clinical symptoms were compared before and after surgery,evaluate the surgical treatment of pediatric epidural hematoma effect.Results:In 32 cases of this group,23 cases of preoperation vomiting were relieved in 3 D postoperatively,2 cases of preoperatively coma and second d after operation.After 1~3 D reexamination of the head,CT hematoma was basically clear,and there was no secondary bleeding in the operation area.32 patients were followed up for 3 months,all recovered to normal,without disturbance of consciousness,no limb activity disorder,theincision healed well.Conclusions:To reach the surgical indications of epidural hematoma were treated with surgical treatment can achieve satisfactory results.Not only the postoperative patients' consciousness state was improved,but also the clinical symptoms were obviously relieved.In addition,the patient had a stable condition,no surgical death and serious complications,cranial anatomic reduction,no skull defect,small trauma,and quick recovery.
