Objective: To investigate the mutation rate of JAK2,CALR and MPL in patients with ET,the mutation rate of gene mutations in different ethnic groups(Han,Uighur, and Kazakh),and the relationship between gene mutations and clinical characteristics, and to correlation analysis of thrombosis and risk factors in ET patients. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 253 patients with ET diagnosed at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2006 to December 2017.Admit to the information of sexual, age, race, haemorrhage, thrombus, liver enlargement, spleen enlargement, platelets, white blood cells, hemoglobin and JAK2,CALR,MPL gene mutation. And thrombosis risk factors. Results:The mutation rates of JAK2,CALR and MPL is 52.57%,7.51% and 4.35% in ET,and with a significant difference among its(P<0.05).In the Han people,Uygur and Kazakhs, the JAK2,CALR and MPL gene mutation rate was 55.81%,6.4% and 4.07%,44.44%,12.96%,and 3.7%,48.15%,3.7%,and 7.41%.There was no statistically significant difference in it(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in age, thrombus, platelets, white blood cells, and hemoglobin between JAK2+ and JAK2-(P<0.05),white blood cell count between CALR+ and CALR-(P<0.05).the same as spleen enlargement platelets, white blood cells and hemoglobin between MPL+ and MPL-(P<0.05).The incidence of thrombosis in ET patients was 26.62%,arterial thrombosis, and there were relativities among age, coronary disease and the gene mutation of JAK2 in thrombus. Conclusions:In patients with ET,The age of onset of JAK2-positive patients is larger, the increase of white blood cells is more obvious, and thrombosis is more likely to occur.Platelet elevation was more pronounced in MPL-positive patients. In addition,ET patients with ?60 years of age,and a history of coronary heart disease are also more likely to develop thrombosis.
