Objective: To evaluate the effect of combined ultrasound-guided thoracic paravertebral block under general anesthesia on postoperative recovery of patients undergoing radical thoracoscopic esophagectomy for esophageal carcinomas of different nationalities; Methods: Randomly select patients undergoing thoracic and laparoscopic esophagus from April to December 2016 in People's Hospital.A total of 80 patients undergoing radical prostatectomy were divided into general anesthetic Han group(HJ),general anaesthesia Kazakh group(KJ),general anesthesia paravertebral block Han group(HZ)and total In the paravertebral Kazakh group(KZ)four groups,20 cases in each group;all four groups were induced by the same kind of anesthetic drugs.During the operation,static-inhalation combined anesthesia was used for maintenance. After surgery, both the HZ and KZ patients were 25 ml of 0.4% ropivacaine were given for T7 single thoracic paravertebral block. Both HJ and KJ received sufentanil for intravenous patient-controlled analgesia;Postoperative pain visual analog scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the postoperative 1h and 4h,8h,12 h,24h static and activity pain, record and compare the two sets of postoperative related indicators(extubation and intensive care unit long stay, get out of bed, start eating, length of stay, hospital expenses and the incidence of adverse reactions). Results: The scores of VAS at 4h,8h and 12 h in HZ group and KZ group were lower than those in HJ group and KJ group(P<0.05).The VAS scores in HJ group were lower than those in KJ group at 8h and 12h(P<0.05).KZ group and HZ group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the time of extubation between the four groups(P>0.05),length of stay in the intensive care unit, time to get out of bed, time to eat, length of stay in hospital and hospitalization Costs were comparable between the two groups. The KZ group recovered faster than the KJ group and the HZ group(P<0.05).The KJ group recovered more slowly than the HJ group and the KZ group(P <0.05).The KZ group had the lowest incidence of nausea and vomiting(P <0.05).Conclusion: Compared with each group, the analgesia of patients with thoracic paravertebral block under ultrasound guidance is better than that of intravenous analgesia. The analgesic effect of KZ group and HZ group is the same after operation, and the recovery is fast and bad after operation Less reaction.
