Objective:To investigate the correlation between methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase rs1801133,rs1801131 gene polysms and malint tumir.Method: Nov2015 to Nov 2017,in our hospital diaged as malignant tumor with pulmonary embolisim patient,malignant tumor,pulmonary embolisim,divided into three group:30 cases of malignant tumor with pulmonary embolisim group,30 cases of malignant tumor group,30 cases of pulmonary embolisim group,All subject of the three groups are genotyped by Sequenom SNP assay and assisted laser desoration time of flight(MALDI-TOF)method for three polisms.Result: rs1801133-CC/CT/ TTgenotype frequency respectively in three groups: malignant tumor with pulmonary embolisim group 13.3%,63.3%,23.3%,malignant tumor group30%,56.7%,13.3%;pulmonary embolisim group 33.3%,36.7%,30.0%;rs1801131-CC/CA/AA genotype frequency respectively in three groups: malignant tumor with pulmonary embolisim patient group 3.3%,43.3%,53.3%;tumor group 6.7%,53.3%,40.0%,and the embolisim group were 10.1%,26.7%,63.3%,accord with Hardy-genetic balance,comparing two groups have no significance(P < 0.05);Conclusion:rs1801133,rs1801131 gene exist polymorphism,this study found rs1801133 and rs1801131 gene no related with control situation in malignant tumor.
