Objective:To further explore the serum levels and clinical significance of KL-6 and MMP-7 in RA patients with interstitial lung disease, and to make early diagnosis and assessment of the disease. Methods:To collect clinical data of 78 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and 20 cases of healthy adults are treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,ELISA test for the double antibody sandwich method to detect serum KL-6,MMP-7 levels, and analyze the correlation between the indexes of rheumatoid arthritis-associated interstitial lung disease. Results:The serum KL-6 concentration in RA group was higher than that in the pure RA group and the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The optimal cut-off value of serum KL-6 was 565.60U/ml,while the sensitivity of KL-6 for the diagnosis of RA-ILD was 86.7%,and the specificity was 95.8%.The serum MMP-7concentration in RA group was higher than that in the pure RA group and the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The optimal cut-off value of the serum MMP-7 was 8.75ng/ml,while the sensitivity of MMP-7 to the diagnosis of RA-ILD was 93.3%,and the specificity was 97.9%.The level of RF and anti-ccp antibody was positively correlated with serum KL-6 and MMP-7,and the concentration of FVC%pred and DLCO%pred was negatively correlated with serum KL-6 and MMP-7concentration,and there was no significant correlation between ESR,CRP level and serum KL-6 concentration. Conclusion:Serum KL-6 and MMP-7 are associated with rheumatoid arthritis-associated interstitial lung disease, and can be used as an early diagnostic indicator.
