Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of d-dimer for acute aortic dissection. Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on 93 patients with acute aortic dissection admitted to the department of cardiovascular surgery in our hospital on April 01,2012.All patients were diagnosed with aortic CTA after admission.According to the Stanford classification, type A and type B aortic dissection, type A 57 cases and type B 36 cases. In the control group,85 patients with myocardial infarction were admitted to the hospital during the same period,of which 65 were confirmed by coronary angiography and 20 were confirmed by coronary CTA.The admission symptoms of both groups were chest tightness and chest pain, and the d-dimer value(d-d)of all patients was analyzed retrospectively. Results:AAD patients compared with AMI group,D-D higher than that of the AMI group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and use D-dimer as a serum marker accuracy of aortic dissection can achieve 80%above,at the same time on death D dimer in patients with increased significantly. Conclusion:Compared with acute myocardial infarction after acute aortic dissection(serum D-dimer concentration significantly increased, and this may occur after acute aortic dissection patients interlining cavity of blood coagulation, led to a marked increase D-dimer,so D-dimer in acute aortic dissection can be used as biochemical markers, and high concentration of D-dimer may be associated with mortality.
