Objective(s):Retrospective analysis 88 cases of endometrial cancer of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2010 to December 2013,through the analysis of the patients' clinical characters, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, treatment and the related factors affecting the prognosis,to better guide the clinical work. Methods:Collectting the clinical and pathological data of 88 cases of endometrial cancer of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2010 to December 2013,to retrospective analyze the indexes and statistical studies.Data processing using SPSS 23.0 statistical software, the enumeration data is expressed as percentages(%),compared using ?2 test;and the measurement data is expressed as mean ± standard(x±s),analyzed by t test, the difference was statistically significant by p<0.05.Results:1.88 patients were aged between 30 and 75,average age of 54.6±8.6 years old,the age distribution peaked in 51 to 55 years old. There were 49 postmenopausal women(55.68%)and 39 premenopausal ones(44.32%).There were 78 multiparae(88.64%)and 10 nulliparae(11.36%).2.There were 25 patients with hypertension(28.41%),19 patients with diabetes mellitus(21.59%),14 patients with other complications(15.91%),6 patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus(6.82%),and 32 cases of overweight or obese(36.36%).There was statistically significant difference in fertility and complications between patients of different ages(p<0.05).The difference was statistically significant between patients of different ages with hypertension or not(p=0.024,p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between patients of different ages with diabetes and other complications or not(p>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in whether patients of different ages were overweight or obese(p=0.415,P>0.05).3.The most common clinical manifestations of endometrial cancer is abnormal vaginal bleeding, accounting for 77.27%(68/88cases).4.The most common endometrial cancer is endometrial adenocarcinoma. In this study,84.09%(74 cases/88 cases)were endometrial adenocarcinoma.Non-endometrial adenocarcinoma accounted for 15.91%(14 cases/88 cases). There was no significant difference in the average age of onset,surgery-pathological staging, histological grading and fertility circumstance of endometrial carcinoma with different pathological types(p>0.05).5.The difference in the histological grading of endometrial carcinoma was statistically significant between patients of different ages(p=0.039,p<0.05).The difference in the muscular infiltration of endometrial carcinoma was statistically significant between patients of dififerent ages(p=0.024,p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the pathological type of endometrial carcinoma between patients of different ages(p=0.867,p>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the surgical staging of endometrial carcinoma between patients of different ages(p=0.704,p>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the cervical infiltration of endometrial carcinoma between patients of different ages(p=1.000,p>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the lymph node metastasis of endometrial carcinoma between patients of dififerent ages(p=0.566,P>0.05).6.There was no statistically significant difference in the postoperative complications of laparotomy and laparoscopic(p=0.629,p>0.05).7.The difference in the histological grading, pathological type, myometrium infiltrated, cervical infiltration of pelvic lymph node metastasis in endometrial cancer was statistically significant(p<0.05).8.The 1-year survival rate of endometrial adenocarcinoma and non-endometrial adenocarcinoma was 97.30%and 78.57%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(p=0.027,p<0.05).The 3-year survival rate was 91.90%and 64.29%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(p=0.015;p<0.05).The 5-year survival rate was 85.14%and 57.14%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(p=0.039,p<0.05).9.The difference in the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma was statistically significant between patients of different ages(p=0.047,p<0.05).The difference in the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma was statistically significant between patients of different pathological type(p=0.029,p<0.05).The difference in the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma was statistically significant between patients of different histological grade(p<0.001).The difference in the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma was statistically significant between patients of different surgical staging(p<0.001).The difference in the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma was statistically significant between patients of different muscular infiltration(p=0.016,p<0.05).The difference in the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma was statistically significant between patients of different lymph node metastasis(p=0.001,p<0.05).That is the aged patients,non-endometrial adenocarcinoma, histological differentiation is low differentiative,surgical-pathologic staging shows advanced cancer, deep myometrium infiltrated, lymph node metastasis is the high risk factors influencing the prognosis of endometrial cancer.Conclusion(s):1.The high onset age of endometrial cancer is 51-55 years old, some patients were nulliparae or premenopausal, the incidence has been younger trend.2.The most common clinical manifestation of endometrial cancer is abnormal vaginal bleeding. The postmenopausal patients mainly show postmenopausal vaginal bleeding, and the premenopausal women mainly show menstrual disorders or menstrual dripping.3.The endometrial adenocarcinoma patients with low differentiative, deep myometrium infiltrated, cervical infiltration,non-endometrial adenocarcinoma, have a higher rate of lymph node metastasis,so these patients' lymph node dissection should be performed in operation.4.The most common pathological classification was endometrial adenocarcinoma, and it' prognosis was better than other pathological classification.5.The aged patients,non-endometrial adenocarcinoma, histological differentiation is low differentiative,surgical-pathologic staging shows advanced cancer, deep myometrium infiltrated, lymph node metastasis is the high risk factors influencing the prognosis of endometrial cancer.
