[Objective]to investigate the effect of non simultaneous extubation on the life signs of elderly patients with hypertension. It is proved that deep anesthesia in elderly hypertensive patients is more conducive to postoperative recovery and decrease the occurrence of adverse vascular events.[Methods]80 cases of elderly hypertensive patients under general anesthesia were selected,ASA grade II grade, age 60-75,weight 45-70kg,suspicious difficult airway, all patients had no serious respiratory, circulatory, endocrine, liver and kidney diseases, and no cardiac and cerebrovascular events occurred before. It was randomly divided into 40 cases in the observation group and the control group. There were 22 males and 18 females in the observation group. There were 20 males and 20 females in the control group. They were fasted for 8?12 hours before operation and the operation time was 1.5?2.5 hours.Treatment during extubation:after operation, both the observation group and the control group were intravenously injected with 1.5mg/kg propofol and sent to PACU.The spontaneous breathing in the observation group was restored, the tidal volume was greater than 300ml/min,the frequency was greater than 10 times/min,and consciousness was not fully recovered. The patients in the control group recovered spontaneously, and their consciousness was completely awake.Swallowing, cough reflex and muscle strength of the limbs recovered completely.5min,extubation and 5minHR and MAP after extubation were recorded separately.During extubation, the incidence of restlessness, choking and laryngeal spasm occurred.[results]there was no significant difference in gender, age and weight before operation(P>0.05)in the two groups, and there was no significant difference between the two groups before 5 minutes of extubation,HR and MAP(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in 5min between HR and MAP before and after extubation in two groups(P>0.05).In control group,5minMAP and HR increased significantly after extubation and extubation(P<0.05).The incidence of cough, restlessness and laryngospasm in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).In the control group, the SP02 decreased in the peri-extubation stage.[Conclusion]extubation can reduce the disturbance of extubation to the steady state of life signs in elderly patients with high blood pressure after operation, which can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in the perioperative period and help the patients to pass through the perioperative period.
