Objective:Through investigating about monitoring andcontrolling of calcium phosphorus metabolism among maintenance hemodialysis patients of The first affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university in 2016-2017,realizing the level of calcium, phosphorus and parathyroid hormone Who was receiving maintenance hemodialysis treatment in this center. Therefore,we can provide data support for managing hematodialysis patients more better. Methods:Selecting 112 patients who had hematodialysis greater than three months, detecting their electrolyte, liver function, blood fat and parathyroid hormone and so an.Meanwhile, the patients having a examine of cardiac color ultrasound in order to assess valvular calcification.Than,we can analyze whether the level of calcium, phosphorus and parathyroid hormone are reach the standard, and whether existing valvular calcification. We also need to analyse the patients’ gender, age, hemodialysis time and the like. Results:Refer to the KDIGO Chronic Kidney Disease-Mineral and Bone Disorder(CKD-MBD)guideline,among 112 patients, the standard rate of serum calcium is 68.75%(77/112),the standard rate of serum phosphorus is 16.96%(19/112),the standard rate of serum parathyroid hormone is 57.14%(64/112).(2)Multifactorial analysis of variance revels that according to sectionalization about age(<45years,45-60years,>60years),there is a statistical difference in three groups about phosphorus and parathyroid hormone(P<0.05),but there is not a statistical difference about serum calcium(P>0.05).And then,we can know that there is a statistical difference between the group of less than 45 years and 45-60 years about parathyroid hormone(P<0.05),and there is a statistical difference between the group of less than 45 years and 45-60 years about serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone(P<0.05)through the least significant difference t test(LSD-t).Through chi-aquare test,we obtained that there is a statistical difference among the three groups in valvular calcification(P<0.05).According to sectionalization about dialytic time(3-12months,12-36months,≥37months),there is a statistical difference among the three groups about valvular serum calcium and serum phosphorus(P<0.05),there is not a statistical difference about parathyroid hormone(P>0.05).And then,we can know that there is a statistical difference between the group of less than 45 years and 45-60 years about parathyroid hormone(P<0.05),and there is a statistical difference between the group of 3-12months and 13-36 months about serum calcium(P<0.05)through the least significant difference t test(LSD-t),and there is a statistical difference between the group of 3-12months and ≥37months about serum calcium and serum phosphorus(P<0.05).Through chi-aquare test,we obtained that there is not a statistical difference among the three groups in valvular calcification(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.There is a high morbidity of mineral and bone disorder among the patients who are undering maintenance hemodialysis. The treatment efficacy of mineral and bone disorder is dissatisfactory yet in clinic. The standard rate of serum calcium, serum phosphorus and serum parathyroid hormone were very low, they are 68.75%,16.96%,57.14%respectively according to the standard of KDIGO.And the standard rate of serum phosphorus was lowest.2.Among the analysis of correlated factors that cause valvular calcification,we discover that age is connected with valvular calcification.3.Alkaline phosphate and parathyroid hormone are in low positive correlation.
