Objective:To investigate the comparison and analysis of two groups of incision and bone flap in the treatment of different microvascular decompression surgery in recent years,the improvement group was discussed.Methods:A retrospective analysis from August 2016 to December 2016,the first affiliated hospital of kunming medical university treated by microvascular decompression of nerve functional disease clinical data of 67 patients,use statistical methods of comparative evaluation of the control group and improvement group operation methods,analysis of related complications incidence(subcutaneous effusion,occipital numbness),different from the cause and prognosis.Results:In the control group,there were 39 cases,5 cases of subcutaneous effusion,12.8%incidence,4 cases of occipital numbness and 10%incidence.A total of 28 cases were performed in the improved group,with 0 cases of subcutaneous effusion and 4 cases of occipital numbness.The incidence of subcutaneous effusion was significantly reduced in the improved group,and the difference in the incidence of subcutaneous effusion between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)compared with the numbness incidence of occipital occipital,although the control group was lower,the difference was not statistically significant,and the average activity time of the modified group was:3.2 days.In the control group,the average activity time was:4.6 days,the improvement group was lower than the control group.Conclusion:The improvement group was more effective than the control group in the prevention of subcutaneous effusion,because the titanium mesh was better for the support of the hard membrane and the adhesion of the tissue,and the requirement of suture was lower.If the pressure bandage is also stronger,the elimination of the dead cavity is more thorough;On the incidence of occipital skin numbness,from the point of view of anatomy,crosscutting mouth damage of occipital nerve trunk and branch than straight incision is more,in contrast data,control the incidence of occipital numbness was lower than those of improved group also confirmed,but no statistical significance,and patients with late numbness degree is reduced,can accept the consequences,or tolerance does not affect the normal life or cause trouble;Therefore,the control group had no absolute advantage in the prevention of skin numbness in the occipital.The patients in the improved group had less pain due to the unbandaged pressure bandage,and the lower ground activity was early,which helped to promote the recovery.To sum up,the incision improvement group has certain advantages in preventing related complications and promoting recovery.
