Therapeutic Effect Of Low Dose Antidepressant Combined With Probiotics On Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Aims: This study selected the microecological agent Si Lian Kang combined with low-dose antidepressant drug Deanxit and the use of microecological agent Si Lian Kang alone or low-dose depression drug Deanxit to treat irritable bowel syndrome,and observed its abdominal pain,Efficacy(including degree and frequency)of abdominal distension,abdominal discomfort,diarrhea or constipation,improvement of abdominal symptom scores,improvement of scores of the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and discussed new clinical efficacy and safety of microecological agent Si Lian Kang combined with low-dose depression drug Deanxit.In order to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of IBS.Methods:In this study,the study time was controlled from October 2016 to October 2017.We selected 120 patients diagnosed as having irritable bowel syndrome in our hospital.According to the sequence of visits,they were randomly divided into three groups: Si Lian Kang group(Group I,Bifidobacterium quadruple live viable preparation),Deanxit group(Group II,Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets),Si Lian Kang group and Deanxi group(Group III,Bifidobacterium quadruple live viable preparation combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets),40 patients in each group.Of the 120 patients enrolled in the study,8 patients had lost contact,5 patients had not taken the drug because they were resistant to antidepressants,and 5 patients were treated with other drugs.102 patients were eventually enrolled,34 patients was in group I,33 patients was in group II,and 35 patients was in group III.Patients in group I were given Si Lian Kang 1500 mg 30 minutes after meals three times a day.Patients in group II were given Flupentixol 0.5mg and Melitracen 10 mg after breakfast and lunch.Patients in group III were given the combination of the above two groups of medications.Three groups of patients were treated for a one-month treatment cycle.The three groups of patients were observed for effective treatment of abdominal symptoms,improvement of abdominal symptom scores,self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores.Do liver and renal function tests,perform statistical analysis,and judge efficacy and safety.Results: The total effective rate(88.6%)of Si Liankang and Deanxit in the treatment of abdominal symptoms was significantly higher than that of Si Liankang(64.7%)and Deanxit(66.7%).Differences were statistically significant.(X2 Joint Group than Deanxit Group= 4.74,P <0.05 X2 Joint group than si lian Kang group = 5.515,P <0.05).The scores of abdomen in the three groups after treatment were as follows: Si Lian Kang group(9.82±2.74)points,Deanxit group(9.42±3.31)points,and Joint Group(6.29±3.13)points were all higher than those before treatment.Si Lian Kang group(21.62±3.87)points,Deanxit group(22.24±3.01)points,and Joint group(21.97±3.37).And the changes in the Joint group were more obvious than those in the Si Liankang group and Deanxit group.Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the three groups after treatment were as follows: Si Lian Kang group(47.03±7.30)points,Deanxit group(47.12±6.54)points,Joint group(31.57±6.00)point were all higher than those before treatments Si Lian Kang group(94.47±13.89)points,Deanxit group(96.97±13.91)points,and Joint group(99.63±12.38)points.And the changes in the Joint group were more obvious than those in the Si Liankang group and Deanxit group.Differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the three groups after treatment were as follows: Si Lian Kang group(47.35±6.68)points,Deanxit group(46.09±6.19)points,Joint group(30.66±6.17)point were all higher than those before treatments Si Lian Kang group(97.91 ± 11.95)points,Deanxit group(94.03±14.10)points,and Joint group(98.74±12.05)points.And the changes in the Joint group were more obvious than those in the Si Liankang group and Deanxit group.Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function between the three groups in safety index(P>0.05).Conclusions: In the gastrointestinal symptoms,the three groups can significantly improve the efficacy of abdominal symptoms,The Joint group significantly improved than the use of Si Lian Kang group alone and Deanxit group.In the abdominal symptom scores,SDS scores,and SAS scores,all three groups were able to improve their scores.The Joint group had a significant improvement in scores than Si Lian Kang group and Deanxit group.It shows that the combination of the microecological agent Si Liankang and the low-dose Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets is effective in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome,and the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome is obviously better than the use of Si Lian Kang alone and Deanxit alone.The Joint group has good efficacy and safety and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.The article provides basis for clinical treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.
