ObjectivesThrough the study of patients with acute mesenteric ischemia were analyzed retrospectively,to explore the clinical characteristics, biological indicators and radiology index and the relationship between intestinal necrosis,to explore early predictors of acute mesenteric ischemia causes intestinal necrosis, and provide theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodsFor an analysis of early predictors of intestinal necrosis caused by acute mesenteric ischemia,Using retrospective analysis method, the selection between October 2008 and October 2017 in this hospital treatment of 40 patients of acute mesenteric ischemia as the research object, including acute mesenteric ischemia causes of 13 patients with intestinal necrosis, and acute mesenteric ischemia causes of 27 patients without intestinal necrosis.Establish a database with Epidata 3.0 software, the data was analyzed by using SPSS19.0 statistical software. The comparison of metering data is t test or correction t test according to the homogeneity of variance;count data comparison, according to the conditions of using the chi square test(?2 test)or chi square test correction formula or Fisher exact probability method.ResultsThere were statistical differences in body temperature, shock index, hypertension, dyslipidemia, peritoneal irritation symptoms, lactic acid,D dimer, white blood cell count, intestinal wall thickening and intestinal ring dilatation between the two groups(P < 0.05).There were no statistical difference in sex, age,BMI,diabetes and tobacco use,INR,albumin, creatinine, urea nitrogen, pelvic effusion between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusions1.The higher the body temperature, the higher the shock index, hypertension, the higher the dyslipidemia, the higher the lactate level, the higher the D-dimer level, thehigher the WBC count, the thicker the intestinal wall and intestinal ring dilatation were early predictor of acute mesenteric ischemia leading to intestinal necrosis.
