Thousands of long intervening noncoding RNAs(lincRNAs)have been identified in mammals via genome-wide sequencing studies.LincRNAs have recently emerged as key players in diverse biological processes and diseases, but the mechanisms by which they exert are still largely unknown. In the present study,we investigated whether the expression of LincRNAs is altered during the development of endometrial cancer(EC).We report the identification of a sequence conserved human lincRNA LINC00472 by high-throughput sequencing technology, which significantly down-expressed in m?ltiple EC samples. The relationship between LINC00472 and EC was analyzed in a total of 120 EC and paired adjacent non-tumor tissue samples from eastern and southern China. We found that LINC00472 expression was usually low in EC compared to the peritumoral tissue. The functional relevance of LINC00472 was further examined by biochemical assays. We found that LINC00472 interacts with HRG Histidine-Rich Glycoprotein and stabilizes it through WSB1,which promotes vessel normalization, effects known to enhance the chemotherapy and decrease tumor growth.LINC00472 may be as a potential therapeutic target for EC and enhance the anticancer immunity of PDL1 silence...
