Objective:To study the immune mechanism of lipoxinA4 and its inhibitory effect on the growth of malignant melanoma. Methods: The murine malignant melanoma cell line B16 was subcutaneously inoculated into the abdomen of C57 BL / 6 mice to establish an animal model of MM,and the samples were randomly divided into PBS and BML-111 groups.LXA4 analogue was injected into BML-111 group;as a comparison,PBS was injected into PBS group. The treatments were given to two groups once every two days and five times in total respectively. The growth of tumor was observed and recorded. After the administration, tumors were weighed and their growth rates were calculated in mice, leading to the inhibitory rates of tumor growth in group BML-111 and group PBS respectively. The numbers of CD8+T and CD4+T cells inside tumor cells can be chemically measured by immune tissues. The spleens were incised and the blood was extracted by surgery,in order to measure the proportion of T lymphocyte inside the spleens and peripheral blood respectively among the two groups of mice using the flow-cytometry.Results: The inhibitory rate of tumor growth in group BML-111 was significantly higher than it in group PBS.However, when calculating the relative quantities of T Cell in spleen or peripheral blood, there was negligible difference between group BML-111 and group PBS.Conclusion:LXA4 inhibits the growth of MM.However, the effectof LXA4 on the T Cell's immunization in peripheral blood and spleen had not been found yet.
