Objective: To discuss the complications related to early onset of severe pre-eclampsia and its related factors,so as to further discuss the timing of termination of pregnancy in order to improve the prognosis of maternal and infant children. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 768 cases of early-onset severe pre-eclampsia admitted from January 2015 to April 2017 was divided into group A(uncomplicated group)624 cases and group B(complication group)144.Should nonparametric test the Kolmogorov Smirnov has-Z test and Logistic regression analysis, analysis of the factors associated with early hairstyle severe preeclampsia relevance and perinatal complications independent risk factors of various kinds of related complications.Results:(1)HELLP syndrome in group 1,complications,22 cases,10 cases of placental abruption,retinopathy,9 cases,5 cases with heart failure, renal failure in 5 cases, maternal death in 3 cases,3 cases of eclampsia and fetal distress in 32 cases,22 cases of fetal intrauterine growth restriction, fetal death,9 cases of placental abruption and fetal intrauterine distress,a total of 10 cases,HELLP syndrome and fetal intrauterine growth restriction in 7 cases,HELLPsyndrome and fetal intrauterine distress in 7 cases.Of(among)all the complications, fetal intrauterine distress appear most,a total of 49 cases, accounting for 34.03% of the complications in group, and by placental abruption occurred fetal distress in 10 cases,20.41% of the total number of fetal distress.Hair disease group 28 weeks pregnancy complications,a total of39 cases of HELLP syndrome has the highest incidence among them,30.30%,28 to 34 weeks of gestation complications of 105 cases,of which the highest incidence of fetal distress, compared with 36.67%.The highest incidence of HELLP syndrome was 32-33+6 weeks. The highest incidence of fetal distress was 32-33+6 weeks.Fetal intrauterine growth was the highest in 32-33+6weeks.(2)The increase of lactate dehydrogenase and d-dimer is a risk factor for adverse outcomes.(3)ALT is a risk factor for HELLP syndrome(P=0.044,OR=1.115),and the higher the content, the greater the risk of HELLP complications.(4)D-dimer is a risk factor for placental abruption(P =0.009,OR=1.001),and the higher the content, the greater the possibility of placental abruption. The decrease of albumin is a risk factor for fetal distress. Conclusion: In early hairstyle severe preeclampsia expect treatment at the same time, attach importance to the change of risk factors, according to the results of tests to evaluate severity patients, close observation of patients, suchas when necessary in promoting the fetal lung maturity 32-34 weeks after termination of pregnancy, timely termination of pregnancy can help improve maternal and infant outcomes.
