Objective: To evaluate the effect of flurbiprofen on cognitive dysfunction after general anesthesia by evidence-based medicine. Methods: Search the database of CNKI,Wan Fang,Wei Pu Pubmed Cochrane from the date of establishment to March 2017,.The data were extracted from the research according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, and meta analysis was carried out with Rev Man5.3 software.Result: Total of 1065 patients were enrolled in 13 randomized controlled trials.Meta analysis results show that the mini mental state examination(MMSE)score in flurbiprofen group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05)at postoperative 1st d(MD=2.65,95%CI=[1.56,9.73],P<0.01)?3rd d(MD=2.61,95%CI=[1.97,3.25],P<0.01)?5th d(MD=1.99,95%CI=[2.06,2.93],P<0.01),and the difference is statistically significant; The incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD)after surgery in flurbiprofen group was significantly lower than the control group(MD=0.4,95%CI=[0.29,0.56],P<0.01),and the difference is statistically significant; The concentration of plasma S100? protein in flurbiprofen group was significantly lower than that in control group, and the difference is statistically significant(OR=0.40,95%CI=[0.29,0.56],P<0.01).Conclusion: The use of flurbiprofen during perioperative period can effectively improve the cognitive dysfunction after surgery and reduce the incidence of POCD,and reduce the S100 ? protein concentration in the serum.
