Objective:To analyze the pathogens distribution and epidemiological characteristics of surveillance cases in febrile respiratory syndrome sentinel hospital from 2011 to 2015 in Jilin Province,to provide references for prevention and treatment of respiratory infectious diseases.Method:The febrile respiratory syndrome cases data in Jilin province from 2011 to 2015 were collected from infectious disease monitoring technology platform of information management system.The database were established by Excel,and IBM SPSS 24.0 was using analyze the data.The enumeration data were described by rate and proportion.The rate of infection of pathogens was compared by chi-square test.Results:1.630 febrile respiratory syndrome cases were collected from 11 sentinel hospitals in Jilin Province from 2011 to 2015,there were 312 males and 318 females with a ratio of male and female was 0.98:1.The number of cases reported in 0-4 age group was the highest,accounting for 29.84%(188cases).And the 60-age group was the least,accounting for6.51%(41cases).The emergency cases were more than hospitalized cases,accounting for84.6%(533 cases).The urban population cases were more than the rural population,accounting for 79.05%(498 cases).The amount of cases that see a doctor after onset within 2days was the most,accounting for 73.33%(462 cases).2.628 cases were detected virus infection;the detection rate was 99.68%.96 cases were positive,the infection rate was 15.29%.5 cases were infected two or more viruses,the polyinfection rate was 0.8%.30 cases were infected influenza virus,the infection rate was4.78%.113 cases were detected bacteria infection,and one case was positive,the infection rate was 0.88%.3.The age distribution and characteristics of virus positive cases:there were 46 male cases,the infection rate was 14.84%,the female was 50,and the infection rate was 15.72%.The rate of virus infection in different sex cases was not statistically different(c~2=0.095,P=0.825).The virus infection rate of 0-4 age group was the highest,followed by 5-9 age group and 20-29 age group,there was significantly different between the age groups(c~2=41.200,P<0.001).4.The time distribution and characteristics of virus positive cases:the virus infection rate was highest in 2011,accounting for 25.00%,followed by 2014,and the virus infection rate of 2014 was 20.87%.There were statistical differences in virus infection rate in different years(c~2=18.651,P=0.001).The virus infection rate of the first quarter was the highest,followed by the third and the fourth quarter,the virus infection rate were 17.72%,17.58%and 16.62%.There were statistical differences in virus infection rate in different quarters(c~2=11.117,P=0.011).In the first quarter was mainly infected respiratory syncytial virus,the third quarter was influenza virus and rhinovirus and the fourth quarter was influenza virus and adenovirus.5.The cases resource and urban/rural distribution characteristics of virus positive cases:The virus infection rate of emergency cases and hospitalized were 14.96%and 18.56%respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(c~2=0.974,P=0.357).The virus infection rate of city cases and rural cases were 15.12%and 15.91%.The virus infection rate between city and rural population had no statistical difference(c~2=0.050,P=0.823).The infection rate of rural cases was slightly higher than the city cases.The urban and outpatient cases were mainly infected influenza virus and adenovirus,the rural and inpatient cases were mainly infected respiratory syncytial virus.6.The distribution characteristics of interval between visits of virus positive cases:The cases that see a doctor after onset 2-4 days has the highest virus infection rate,accounting for17.00%and these cases mainly infected influenza virus,respiratory syncytial virus and adenovirus.There was no significant difference in virus infection rate between different visits(c~2=0.886,P=0.639).7.The surveillance cases were mainly had fever,cough and sore throat.Among the positive cases of virus infection,the male cases,the inpatient and the cases under 20 years old compared with the negative cases have more sputum symptoms,the first quarter virus positive cases compared with negative cases have more dyspnea symptoms.Conclusion:1.The fever respiratory syndrome cases in Jilin province from 2011 to 2015 were mainly infants under 5 years old,and the incidence was highest in the forth quarter.2.The infected cases were mainly virus positive,and influenza virus,adenovirus and respiratory syncytial virus were the main febrile respiratory syndrome pathogens in Jilin province.3.The infection rate of children aged less than 10 years old was the highest;influenza virus and partial lung virus were the main pathogens of the children under 10 years old.4.The infection rate of the first quarter was the most,and the mainly pathogen was respiratory syncytial virus.5.The clinical symptoms of fever respiratory syndrome cases were fever,cough and sore throat.
