Objective:To analyze and discuss the effect of no(allogeneic)blood transfusion technology in the perioperative period of heart valve surgery, and provide clinical basis for the promotion of no blood transfusion medical technology in heart valve operation. Methods:Are selected from January 2016-2017 in the first hospital of jilin university in June 86 implementation of heart valve replacement patients as the research object, the data were analyzed retrospectively, divided the patients into 39 cases no blood transfusion technology group and conventional surgery group 47 cases,no blood transfusion technology group of patients in surgical perioperative without blood transfusion medical ways, conventional surgical patients take allogeneic blood transfusion.Input relevant data from the survey into the SPSS22.0 statistical software package for processing, such as postoperative mortality, two surgery rate count data using n(%),Hb,RBC,Hct,WBC,Lac and pro-BNP level measurement data(??? s),checked by t and X squared, when differences P < 0.05,indicating clinical comparable significance, through the analysis of the data and statistics, observation of two kinds of blood transfusion line of heart valve replacement patients perioperative body recovery. Results:There was little difference in RBC,Hb and Hct levels before and before blood transfusion in the no blood transfusion group, and did not have statistical significance(P>0.05).The RBC,Hb and Hct levels of patients in the no blood transfusion technology group at 24 h and 48 h postoperative were less different from those in the conventional surgery group, and were not statistically significant(P>0.05);The WBC levels at 24 h and 48 h after surgery in both groups increased to some extent compared with preoperative levels, but the WBC levels in patients without transfusion technique were significantly lower than those in conventional surgery groups, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The mediastinal drainage rate of pericardial pericardium was significantly lower in the no blood transfusion group than that in the conventional surgery group at 24 h after surgery, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);Lac and pro-BNP levels were significantly lower in the no blood transfusion group at 48 h after surgery than in the conventional surgery group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference in intraoperative extracorporeal circulation time and aortic occlusion time between the two groups was small and not statistically significant(P>0.05);the time of mechanical ventilation, the time of hospitalization and the stay time of ICU in the no blood transfusion group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional operation group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the mortality rate and the two operation rate in the no blood transfusion group were significantly lower than that in the conventional operation group, and the difference between the groups was was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Through the comparative analysis of the results found that, during cardiac valvular surgery patients perioperative application no blood transfusion medical technology will not result in patients with preoperative anemia, and will not affect the operation process, has a certain security.2.Through the comparative analysis of experimental results, found that patients with heart valve surgery during perioperative application no blood transfusion medical technology, can reduce the body's inflammatory response, shorten hospitalization time and ICU stay time and can promote the heart function recovery, have obvious promoting effect on postoperative rehabilitation.
