Gloeostereum incarnatum is a valuable edible mushroom.Studies have shown that it shows antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and antioxidant activities.However,although the development of this precious natural resource has gradually started,However,no systematic studies have been conducted on the composition and immune-regulatory activity of the cockroach.Therefore,this article will first briefly outline the current related research and the necessity of immunoregulation of the existing cockroach,and then use a combination of detection methods to systematically analyze the main components of the cockroach powder,and finally investigate G.The extract of G.incarnatum(GIPS)has immunoregulatory and immune-enhancing effects in a cyclophosphamide-induced BALB/c mouse model.The quality and effective components of Gloeostereum incarnatum,a traditional medicinal fungus,has not yet been recognized.At present,researchers have generally focused on the polysaccharides of Gloeostereum incarnatum.It has been found that Gloeostereum incarnatum polysaccharides have multiple biological activities,such as anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial.But it has not been determined that the polysaccharide is the active ingredient of Gloeostereum incarnatum The composition of polysaccharides is too complex,and the structure-activity of Gloeostereum incarnatum polysaccharides remains to be studied.At the same time,the difference in growth environment,such as growth temperature,humidity,light and the difference of elements in the environment lead to the difference in the composition of the elm in different regions,even in the same area at different time.So it is important to choice of effective factors to establish the modernization quality standard of Gloeostereum fruitbodies for the modernization and industrialization.In this paper,the total sugar,reducing sugar,mannitol,crude fiber,crude fiber,crude fat,total flavone,total three terpenes,total ash and metal content were detected by colorimetric method,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and burning quantitative method.The composition of amino acids and fatty acid composition were measured,and the composition of amino acids and fatty acids were determined.It provides a scientific basis for the establishment of quality standard of its products.Gloeostereum incarnatum also known as oyster mushrooms and oyster mushrooms,the fungus,which grows mainly on the trunk or stump of eucalyptus,contains certain active ingredients.In the ancient medical books such as the "Compendium of Materia Medica" and "Shengjing Tung Chi",the ear can help tonic,hezhong,and Gu Shen Qi.At present,the development and research work of the ear effect came into being.The coriander fruit body is round or broadly elliptical,and its cap is usually kidney-shaped,fan-shaped or conical.No matter whether it is a fruiting body,or a later-used fermentation material for substitution,it has undergone a preliminary composition determination.At present,it has been confirmed by research that it has anti-oxidant,anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects.Nowadays,with the inevitable intensification of environmental pollution,and the increasing pressure of life that accompanies the rapid economic development,it has improved the human body.Immunity and enhancement of health has become a hot area of research today.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the components of Wolfberry and to deeply study the immunomodulatory activity of Wolfberry.Gloeostereum incarnatum,a precious edible mushroom,displays anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory activities;however,its immunomodulatory effect has not been studied yet.The purpose of this research aims to investigate whether polysaccharide compositions of G.incarnatum(GIPS)possess immunomodulatory and immuno-enhancing effects in a CTX-induced BALB/c mice model.14-day GIPS administration at doses of 0.1,0.3 and 0.9 g/kg remarkably reversed the bodyweight loss,increased the thymic index and promoted T lymphocyte proliferation in CTX-induced immunosuppressed mice.GIPS significantly raised the serum levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and IgG,promoted the production of interleukins including IL-2,IL-3 and IL-6,interferons including IFN-? and IFN-?,and monocyte chemotactic protein 1(MCP-1)in spleen,which resulted in accelerating recovery of immunosuppression.Finally,GIPS showed anti-oxidative effect indicating by the increased superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels in serum and spleen,and the reduced level of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in spleen.This study given show that GIPS can positively adjust the immune function,which may serve as a potential immunostimulatory agent.
