The Value Of Ultrasound And CT In The Diagnosis Of Ocular Lesions

Objective to evaluate the value of conventional ultrasound and CT in differential diagnosis of ocular benign and malignant lesions,Improve the accura cy of diagnosis of ocular benign and malignant lesions.Methods The results of c onventional ultrasound examination and CT examination of 139 patients with ocula r lesions were retrospectively analyzed.Observation and comparison of image featu res of conventional ultrasound and CT.With the pathological results as the gold s tandard,Image features of comparative benign and malignant lesions,and comp are the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the two in the diagnosis of ocular benign and malignant lesions.Results(1)Conventional ultrasound from morpholog y,boundary,aspect ratio,internal echo,blood perfusion characteristics such as group comparison between benign and malignant lesions,in morphology,int ernal echo,blood perfusion compared with statistically significant differences wer e(?2=37.960,P<0.005;?2=41.500,P<0.005;?2=72.145,P<0.005;?2=75.390,P<0.005).(2)CT from morphology,boundary,Internal density,enhancement cha racteristics such as group comparison between benign and malignant lesions,in morphology,boundary,Internal density,enhancement compared with statistical ly significant differences were(?2=37.960,P<0.005;?2=41.500,P<0.005;?2=72.145,P<0.005;?2=75.390,P<0.005).(3)the sensitivity of conventional ultrasound i n the diagnosis of ocular malignant lesions was77.19%,the specificity was81.71%,there were a significant difference between malignant ocular lesions of conve ntional ultrasound and pathological results(?2=47.753,P<0.001).(4)the sensitivity of CT in the diagnosis of ocular malignant lesions was75.44%,the specificity wa s93.90%,there were a significant difference between malignant ocular lesions ofCT and pathological results(?2=71.513,p<0.001).(5)the results of conventional ul trasound diagnosis and CT diagnosis were better than those of conventional ultraso und(?2=45.191,p<0.001).Conclusion conventional ultrasound and CT are of hig h value in the diagnosis of ocular benign and malignant lesions.Therefore,conve ntional ultrasound and CT are an important method for detecting ocular benign an d malignant lesions,and the accuracy of CT diagnosis is better than that of conv entional ultrasound.
