Objective: To explore the related factors of the effect of post-operative arterial aneurysm and to improve the prognosis of patients. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 102 patients who underwent traffic artery aneurysms after clipping of craniotomy clinical data, with glasgow outcome scale scoring as a prognosticcriteria, selection may affect the prognosis of 13 factors, single factor analysis firstselection of significant factors to classify more orderly Logistic regression analysis and choose the significant factors for prognosis. Results: The patients' gender, age, and the size of the aneurysm, postoperative complications, oculomotor nerve parlay-sis,intraoperative blood flow blocking time is not the significant factors influence-ng the prognosis of surgery, and Fisher grading, intraoperative rupture, preoperative HuntHess classification, number of preoperative subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral vasospasm, aneurysm neck width is the independent risk factors affecting prognosis, among them, the preoperative Hunt-Hess classification(P<0.05).number of preoperative(P<0.05),cerebral vasospasm(P<0.05).is a strong correlation factors influenceing surgical curative effect. Conclusion: the preoperative Fisher grading, intraoperative rupture, preoperative Hunt-Hess classification, number of preoperative subarachnoid hemorrhage, cerebral vasospasm, aneurysm neck width analysis can assess the patient's prognosis.
