Objective: IgG4 related sialoadenitis is a kind of IgG4-Related Disease, and has many similarities with Sjogren syndrome.the aim of this study: the first aim is exploring the clinical features of Mikulicz;the second aim is analyzing the difference between the IgG4 related sialoadenitis and Sjogren syndrome, which contribute to the early clinical diagnosis and reduction of the misdiagnosis;the third aim is summary the treatment method and prognosis of the disease which help clinicians give the reasonable method to patients. Methods: According to inclusive criteria and exclusive criteria,we collected 12 cases of Mikulicz patients and 78 cases of Sjogren Syndrome patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University since 2015-2017.IgG4 related sialoadenitis clinical manifestation, laboratory examination, pathological examination, imaging examination, the effect of drug treatment and drug treatment were retrospectively analyzed. The several aspects of the examination are compared with Sjogren syndrome. The data was analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. Results: Characteristics of IgG4 related sialoadenitis is one or more pairs of salivary gland and lacrimal gland enlargement with increasing serum IgG4 levels,IgG4+ plasma cell infiltration,.the pathological and imaging features can be found in IgG4 related sialoadenitis patients.Compared with Sjogren syndrome, the bilateral swollen glands, salivary glands ECT,the level of serum IgG and serum IgG4,positive ANA,anti Ro-52 antibody positive was statistically significant.IgG4 related sialoadenitis reflects well to the glucocorticoid and the patient who resist the glucocorticoid has good responses to rituximab. Conclusion: IgG4 related sialoadenitis has features in clinical data, serology, pathology and imaging examination.Although IgG4 related sialoadenitis and Sjogren syndrome have many similarities,we can still differentiate through clinical manifestation, laboratory examination and pathological examination, drug treatment,so that clinicians may diagnose early, and make a reasonable treatment.
