As the economy improves,lifestyles and nutritional structures change,global obesity is growing at a worrying rate.Obesity induces a large number of immune cells to infiltrate and secrete various pro-inflammatory cytokines,so obesity is also a low chronic inflammatory disease.More and more researchers are looking at dietary interventions to lose weight,and calorie restriction is one of the ways to intervene.Research shows that caloric restriction in prolonging life,adjust the inflammatory and biological rhythm plays an important role,but for understanding caloric restriction effect on lipid metabolism in mice is still poorly understood.Here,we set low fat and high in fat feed respectively build mice model of caloric restriction,analysis of mice under the different percentage limits and do not ride at the same time,the change of the adipose tissue metabolism and immune cell distribution,study of caloric restriction,the immune cells as the change of lipid metabolism.The results of the calorie restriction study showed that:1.24 wheel experiment found that the day activity of the mice increased significantly after calorie restriction.2.The temperature measurement of the rectum of the mouse showed that the low fat group was significantly decreased with the increase of the calorie restriction,while the high lipid group was relatively gentle.3.The weight,histochemical staining and western blot analysis of adipose tissue showed that the calorie restriction promoted the decrease of the weight of subcutaneous and epididymal fat in mice,and promoted the vascularization and brown lipidation.4.At the same time,we found that in the process of low-fat calorie restriction,subcutaneous fat and epididymal fat of mast cells and macrophages with the rising degree of restriction,and high in fat,calorie restriction in the subcutaneous fat and epididymis mast cells and macrophages under 10% caloric restriction is on control,20%CR and 40%CR under mast cells and macrophages.In summary,through caloric restriction model building,this article studies the caloric restriction in mice caused by physiological characteristics(temperature,activity and feeding rate),white fat,brown fat and immune cells(mast cells and macrophages)distribution change law,laid the foundation for further mechanism research.
