Research On Public Satisfaction Of Wenchang Basic Public Health Service Project

The government's important role is to provide public services,and the national basic public health service project is a concrete manifestation of the government's free provision of public services to urban and rural residents.In 2009,wenchang began to implement the national basic public health service project,which has achieved a certain effect since its implementation.But the assessment of the effectiveness of the policy is based on a public policy assessment of the objective evaluation index system,which ignores the subjective feelings of the public.As public participation in the public policy process becomes more and more demanding,this study will assess the policy from the perspective of public satisfaction.The public satisfaction assessment can not only meet the needs of public participation in the policy process,you can also assess policy implementation effect,can say the public policy of satisfaction is the ultimate criterion of the quality of policy.To wenchang public as the research object of this research,through household surveys conducted in the form of questionnaire survey,collect the survey data,and USES independent samples t test,analysis of variance method to explore the influencing factors of satisfaction.The results show that Wenchang,public basic public health services to the country's overall satisfaction scored an average of 71.4 points,satisfaction and level of education,urban and rural differences in individual characteristics,utilization project,project implementation will have a significant impact on satisfaction.Look from the level of education,with the improvement of level of education,the public satisfaction showed a trend of decline.Look from the differences between urban and rural areas,rural areas satisfaction is higher than the town;Use of national basic public health services of the public satisfaction higher than that of not using the public;National basic public health services to carry out the situation,the better,that is,the supply is adequate,the higher the fairness,the equilibrium between regions,and access to the more convenient,the higher the public satisfaction.The public satisfaction of wenchang is still possible,and the achievement of the implementation of the national basic public health service project in wenchang has been affirmed from the other side.With healthy China becoming a national strategy,the future will be more and more concerned about the health of both the state and the public,and the public satisfaction will change.Therefore,in order to further improve the public national basic public health service project satisfaction,should be based on the characteristics of highly educated people's growing health care needs,from improving the capacity of project staff levels in order to meet the constant demands highly educated group of medical and health,and strengthen the community health service stations and do all work signing the family doctor service such as means to continuously improve the quality of urban public health service supply,on the basis of constantly improve the utilization ratio of the project,further speed up the implementation of the project,thus improve the wenchang public satisfaction on the national basic public health service project.
