In recent years,the loss of medical professionals in public hospitals has become a topic of concern to the hospital's management.The flow of talents is the continuous organization of social division of labor,the more diversified social development and the more social competition that highlights the result of the organization.Hospitals are knowledge-intensive organizations,and talents are the core resources of hospitals.The frequent flow of medical professionals poses a serious threat to the relative stability of the hospital's human resources.The complexity and uncontrollability of the external environment force the hospital's management to actively examine the internal management of the hospital.Therefore,in order to enhance the overall competitiveness of the hospital,How to attract and retain the professional technical talents needed for hospital development,avoid the loss of core medical personnel and prevent the crisis of talent resources,achieving steady development have become the focus that human resources workers must pay attention to it.Based on the research of domestic and international brain drain literature,this article takes theoretical references,telephone interviews,and questionnaires to combine the actual conditions of A hospital to explore the cause of brain drain and the consequences of the brain drain.Research.Firstly,it analyzes the general situation of A hospital and the current situation of the loss of professional and technical personnel.Secondly,it analyzes the statistical analysis of the retired staff of the hospital from2013 to 2017 on the basis of qualitative analysis.At the same time,it analyzes the influence of questionnaires on the in-service personnel.The main factors of employee job satisfaction,and finally,according to the current problems in A hospital,combined with the previous statistical results,make a corresponding analysis of the countermeasures,through internal measures to improve the current status of brain drain to improve employee satisfaction,thereby reducing staff departure rate.
