The Effects Of Yougui Pill On Beta-defensin-2?IL-1? And IL-4 In Rats Model With Tracheotomy Intubation One-time Epidural Catheter

Objective:To observe the effect of yougui pill on beta-defensin-2and IL-1? ? IL-4 in rats model with Tracheotomy intubation one-time epidural catheter.Methods: We randomly separated 54 SD rats into three groups(normal group,model group,yougui pill group),each group has 18 SD rats.Making the success of rats model with Tracheotomy intubation one-time epidural catheter,then to collect the peripher blood and lung tissues of rats in 24 h,72h,168 h respectively.Measuring the lung tissues beta-defensin-2 mRNA expression using RT-PCR,serum IL-1? and IL-4content by ELISA.Results :(1)The lung tissues beta-defensin-2 mRNA expression of normal group had no obvious change,in 24 h,72h and 168h;the lungtissues beta-defensin-2 mRNA expression of model group showed a downward trend after the first rise,in 24 h highest and in 168 h lowest.the lung tissues beta-defensin-2 mRNA expression of yougui pill group showed a downward trend after the first rise,in 72 h highest and in 168 h lowest.(2)the serum IL-1? content of normal group had no obvious change in 24 h,72h and 168h;the serum IL-1? content of model group showed a downward trend after the first rise,in 24 h highest;the serum IL-1? content of yougui pill group showed a downward trend after the first rise,in 24 h highest.(3)the serum IL-4 content of normal group had no obvious change in 24 h,72h and 168h;the serum IL-4 content of model group showed a downward trend after the first rise,in 24 h highest;the serum IL-4 content of yougui pill group showed a downward trend after the first rise,in 72 h highest.Conclusion : Yougui pill can increase obviously the lung tissues beta-defensin-2 mRNA expression and IL-4 content,decreasing il-1?content,having anti-inflammatory effect and immunity enhancement.
