Purpose : Through a retrospective analysis, the prognostic factors of the surgical treatment of lower cervical spinal cord injury under trauma were discussed, which could provide a reference for better clinical treatment of cervical spinal cord injury.Method: To collect the clinical data of 120 patients with traumatic cervical spinal cord injury in the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university between August 2012 and December 2016.According to the preoperative distribution of AISA,there were 32 cases of grade A,23 cases of grade B,33 in grade C and 32 in D.There is energy, time, age, gender, injury injury to operating time, segmental injury, damage type, merge multiple trauma, spinal canal occupation rate, whether to use hormones within 8 h after injury, transshipment whether to use neck collar, preoperative traction and operation method,According to the improvement of AISI classification, they were divided into the improvement group and the non improvement group. The thirteen factors mentioned above were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Result: The single-factor analysis showed that the injured energy(P< 0.001),the time of the injury(P< 0.016),the injury to the operation time(P =0.000),and the incidence of spinal canal occupation(P =0.000)were statistically significant(P<0.05).Logisitic regression analysis showed that multiple factors showed significant correlation between injury and injury to surgery time(P=0.000),the incidence of spinal tract invasion(P=0.000),and injury energy(P <0.033).There was no statistically significant difference in the time of visit.(P > 0.463).Conclusion:(1)there is a significant correlation between the injury to the time of treatment, the time of injury to the operation, the use of large dose of hormone and the rate of intraspinal intraspinal intraspinal embezzlement in 8h after the injury.(2)To grasp the timing of operation, early operation is beneficial to the recovery of postoperative neurological function.
