Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Habitual Patellar Semidislocation By Shockwave Combination Technique

Objective:The clinical efficacy of shock wave and acupuncture combined manipulation in the treatment of recurrent subluxation of patellar subluxation was compared,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Then,the mechanism of shock wave therapy and the improvement of clinical symptoms were discussed,which provided a new method for the treatment of patellar subluxation.Methods:Randomized study method is used to heilongjiang university affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medic i ne orthopedics patellar subluxation diagnosis standard and conform to the inclusion criteria of 60 patients?randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,treatment group for shock wave matching technique to treat the disease and control group for acupuncture and technique to treat the disease,each group of 30 patients,treatment 2 weeks.The clinical symptoms,signs,knee joint function scores and VAS scores were observed in the two groups.Results:Before and after treatment,there was a significant difference between the functional score of knee joint and the VAS score,that is,both groups had therapeutic effect on the disease.Compared with the two groups,there was significant difference between the functional score of knee joint and the VAS score,that is,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Treatment group effective rate was 90.0%,the control group,the effective rate was 76.7%in treatment group compared with the contrast between the way P<0.05,have obvious difference,namely in terms of overall curative effect,shock waves with technique is better than that of acupuncture and control group,treatment group and treatment group in improving the patients'clinical symptoms,signs,aspects and so on pain relief effect were better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Shockwave combination therapy can significantly improve patients' pain,joint activity function and play.2.The therapeutic effect of shockwave combined technique in treating patellar semi-dislocation is better than that of acupuncture and moxibustion,and it is worthy to be further popularized in clinicalpractice.
